Flat fees, deposits and how billing works.

We charge a flat fee per hire based on role level and scope. Use our pricing calculator for a quick estimate; we confirm the exact quote in a short kick-off meeting.

No. Whitecollars is flat fee — no commission, no percentage-based pricing.

Yes. Volume discounts are agreed upfront when you commit to multiple roles. Talk to us during the kick-off call.

The deposit is refundable if either:

  • We don't deliver the first batch of candidates within the agreed timeline.
  • We're unable to deliver qualified candidates matching the agreed must-haves and success criteria.

Once the contract is signed, so we can begin sourcing and vetting immediately.

Once you decide to extend a job offer to a candidate introduced by Whitecollars.

No. Pricing is agreed upfront — no commission add-ons or surprise charges.

Process & Delivery

How we run the search from kick-off to hire.

A structured, end-to-end process: kick-off meeting → global sourcing → 3-layer vetting → vetted shortlist (with insights + recordings) → interview coordination → hire.

We align on role requirements, success criteria, must-haves, salary range, timeline, target markets and time-zone preferences — so sourcing starts focused and fast.

Most standard roles: first vetted candidates within 7–10 days. Hard-to-fill or niche positions: around 20–25 days depending on profile and market availability.

Yes. After the first batch we immediately work on the next, refining based on your feedback. We keep delivering batches until the role is filled.

Yes. We coordinate scheduling and candidate communication, and can run assessments or tests on your behalf when needed.

Yes. Most clients use a dedicated Slack channel; Microsoft Teams or another tool works equally well. Add us in and we'll be there.
